This describes the software as currently built. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Camera

Camera frames are processed entirely on your device to composite the rendered body. They are never uploaded to a server, never sent to a third party, and never used to train anything. The render loop does not require a network connection.

Location

Your location is used on-device to calculate where each body sits in your sky. You can decline it and enter coordinates by hand instead. Precise location is not stored on our servers, and capture metadata deliberately excludes it.

Photos you capture

Captures stay on your device unless you export or share them yourself. Nothing you record is made public automatically.

The waitlist

If you sign up, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, the time you gave consent and a two-letter country code used only for abuse review. That is all. We do not sell or share it. Ask us and we will delete it.

Accounts

Accounts are not implemented yet. When they are, deleting your account will delete the data associated with it — see Delete account.
